*e-Transfer deposits usually get processed within 30 minutes, however in certain situations an e-Transfer could become stuck between your bank and our receiving bank. In the event that your Account ID is not included in the e-Transfer message and requires manual location on behalf of our banking team, your deposit may be subjected to a $25 manual deposit fee.

**Canadian funds loaded onto 1Bitcoin are solely intended for purchasing Bitcoin and must be used for this purpose. These funds hold no cash value and cannot be redeemed for any purpose other than buying Bitcoin. CAD funds loaded act as a voucher or gift card exclusively for Bitcoin purchases.
