*e-Transfer deposits usually get processed within 30 minutes, however in certain situations an e-Transfer could become stuck between your bank and our receiving bank. Contacting your bank may be necessary in this case. Please visit this article for more information. In the event that your Account ID is not included in the e-Transfer message and requires manual location on behalf of our banking team, your deposit may be subjected to a $25 manual deposit fee.

**Canadian funds deposited through 1Bitcoin are automatically applied toward a Bitcoin purchase and are not held as an account balance. 

***BTC deposits are credited after 3 confirmations on the Blockchain. This is dependent on the miner fee you set, and Bitcoin network activity.

*In most cases, withdrawals are processed in the next available batch, these batches occur twice daily.

**Canadian withdrawals are only available after Bitcoin has been sold. Canadian dollar deposits are automatically used to purchase Bitcoin and cannot be withdrawn as cash.

***Daily limitation. Tier 1 verified users are capped to withdrawing $500.00 CAD per week, and $1,000.00 CAD per month. To remove this limit, we require a Tier 2 verification to be completed through proof of residence.

*Accounts less than 90 days old are charged a 5.99% trading fee. Once an account has been open for 90 days or more, the trading fee is reduced to 3.99%.

Bitcoin establishes the rate for Bitcoin on our platform by adding a margin between 0.49% and 3.49% to the rate provided by our liquidity sources. The price displayed during your trade is the final price at which you can buy or sell Bitcoin—there are no hidden fees or additional charges.

Bitcoin purchases are delivered directly to your active verified whitelisted wallet.
