Holiday Review Giveaway – Terms and Conditions

1. Overview

The 1Bitcoin.ca Holiday Review Giveaway (“Promotion”) is organized and administered by 1Bitcoin Inc., a non-custodial Bitcoin brokerage. This Promotion rewards eligible participants who submit a review of their experience with 1Bitcoin.ca during the Promotion Period with a Bitcoin purchase credit ranging from $5 CAD to $500 CAD.

By participating, entrants agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to all verified 1Bitcoin.ca users who are residents of Canada and 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Each participant may enter once per person during the Promotion Period.
No purchase is necessary beyond maintaining a valid 1Bitcoin.ca account.
Employees, contractors, and representatives of 1Bitcoin Inc. are eligible to participate; there are no exclusions.
Void where prohibited by law.

3. How to Participate

Participants must submit a genuine review of their experience with 1Bitcoin.ca on an approved platform or channel (such as Google, Trustpilot, or another site as directed by 1Bitcoin.ca).
Once the review is verified as authentic, the participant will automatically receive a credit to their 1Bitcoin.ca account within 24 hours of posting.
All reviews must comply with applicable platform guidelines and Canadian advertising standards. Fake, spam, or misleading reviews will disqualify the participant.

4. Rewards

Each eligible participant will receive a Bitcoin credit between CAD $5 and CAD $500, determined at the sole discretion of 1Bitcoin Inc.
Every verified participant will receive at least CAD $5.
Credits are non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and must be used exclusively toward Bitcoin purchases through 1Bitcoin.ca.
Limit: One (1) credit per person during the Promotion Period.

5. Reward Delivery

Credits will be issued to the participant’s 1Bitcoin.ca account within 24 hours of the review being verified and accepted.
Participants will be notified via email or SMS upon issuance of the reward.
1Bitcoin Inc. reserves the right to withhold or cancel rewards for any suspected fraudulent activity, duplicate entries, or violations of these Terms.

6. Verification and Fraud Review

All entries and rewards are subject to verification by 1Bitcoin Inc. The Company reserves the right to:

Request additional documentation or identity verification to confirm eligibility;
Refuse to issue or revoke credits for fraudulent, automated, or manipulative reviews;
Conduct audits of reviews or participants at any time during or after the Promotion.

7. Modification and Termination

1Bitcoin Inc. reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel this Promotion at any time without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to suspected abuse, technical issues, or regulatory changes. Any modifications will be posted at 1Bitcoin.ca/promo-terms.

8. Liability Limitation

By participating, you agree that 1Bitcoin Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

Technical failures, lost entries, or communication errors;
Delays or errors in credit delivery;
Any damages, losses, or claims arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance of the reward.

Rewards are issued “as is” without warranty, and 1Bitcoin Inc. assumes no responsibility for tax implications or reporting.

9. Privacy

Participant information collected during the Promotion will be handled in accordance with the 1Bitcoin.ca Privacy Policy and applicable Canadian privacy legislation (PIPEDA). Information will be used solely for verifying eligibility, issuing credits, and managing the Promotion.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the Small Claims Court of Alberta.
